Internal hardware error and do not enter. The tub was also not to temperature and would not turn on. When we turned it on and off, it came on but then said it could not determine temperature. Thermal fuse...

Any idea how bad this is? Expensive? Fixable ourselves??? Now it NOT the time for this.

I’ts a 2013 Dynasty Infinity. 476 gallons.

I am not sure what controls Dynasty used in 2013. Can you post a pic of the equipment area? I am sure it's a gecko, but not which one.
It is likely a sensor issue, which could be filters, heat circulation pump, sensor, or control board. Try removing your filters and see if it clears up. If so, get new filters. If not, post the pic and we will figure it out.

We change the filters pretty regularly. My husband unplugged it and restarted it and it’s allegedly working. The temp is back up but I STILL think we have a problem ....water is supposed to be 101

I am not sure if your spa has an independent 24 hour circulation pump or if it uses the main pump. If it uses the main pump and is in economy mode it will only heat during programmed filter cycles. If there were another issue it would show an error on the display.

I hear it go on and off but really my main concern is that error message I got and how it told us not to get in, thermal fuse, etc. and the temp had dropped from 101 to 99....

The sensors are located at the heater. It detected a high temperature but it doesn't know if it's just in the heater or in the whole spa. Low flow from clogged filters can cause the heater to overheat.
Has it heated up to temp now?
